Nothing legally actionable has occurred here, but that doesn't mean I still have confidence in these people after their "dual versions" approach to the truth that we deserve. Whether Bloomberg's spin is warranted or not, whether EM meant (when speaking about the level of uncertainty) the stock price or the prospect of FDA approval, the fact remains that differing versions of the FDA's involvement have been given to different sets of people, and that STINKS. That said, now that 3 million shares have been traded and the price is slowly rising through 5, it may be that the smart money is holding or buying.
