I think this link should get you to the SEC filing... It's VERY long. Both the link and the filing. You may need to copy and paste the link into the "goto" part of your browser. Tim freeedgar.com I tried it... it brings you to the first page. There is a frame on the left the has the table of contents... Click on the link the says Entire body. The whole file should load then. I know this is more complicated than it needs to be, but that's my life! ;-)
