To those who are not aware, Crazy Canuk, Barry K and I prepared a set of questions for a meeting with Net Shepherd. We met with Ric Charron, CFO and John Wester, CTO for 3½ hours on Tues 03 August 1999.

Following the meeting, we had several conference calls with each other and with the company compiling our notes and validating the information.

Over the coming days and weeks, we hope to stimulate some interesting conversation regarding the future value of Net Shepherd.

So, without further delay, are the notes from this meeting.
