Ed, There are many more experienced scanners out here but let me give you my 2 cents worth on the scan. I like it because I think stocks are more predictable around these Major MA's and like to TRADE them above and below. If you will notice MOST of them have the same basic patterns when they first break the MA and when they first try to go back through that MA and when they first succeed in moving above that MA.

Anyway, again I personally like to TRADE them there and your scan does a nice job of finding those.
