You should probably spend some time learning about Biogen, its products, its focus, its philosophies and its pipeline. There is a lot of content here on this thread and elsewhere at SI. Of course there are other resources available as well...

If you are particularly interested in Berlex's legal history with Biogen (results all in favor of Biogen), you could look up the case in the public record. I won't knock you for being a short, but I won't help you validate your negative rumours either.
