Back to square one Tex, this may be a good thing though. HDOG could well be much bigger than what is in Edmonton, of course, the opposite could be true as well.

1. According to both the CEO/Founder and the Sec/Treas, both of whom I have spoken to on the phone, they are HEAVENLY HOTDOG INC. Not Dogs, and HotDog is one word. They have no idea who HDOG HEAVENLY HOT DOGS (two words and plural) is, but the CEO is interested in learning more about going public.
2. Their nephew, did the website. Notice in some places it is called HOTDOGS Inc. and some places HOTDOG Inc. I'm told that is a mistake, and the plural DOGS should not be there.
3. The Edmonton phone numbers have the wrong area code, it should be 780 not 403.
4. The franchise number shown on the website, 216-715-1603 which is the same as the Ohio number except for the area code, does not work.
5. The 440-716-1603 gets James, the President's answering machine, and he answers Heavenly HotDog, singular.
ROTFLMAO, as I said before, one of the two, should have a name infringement beef. |
