Vicki, I thought everyone was out of DIS when it touched $30. The papers were full of Disney trash. Then the stock went to $25.
So, based on that, everyone will be out shortly after the bashing subsides, which would be about a month from now. (See also BA, a leader in the airline industry that suffered major setbacks last year.)

The Comapny said Monday that they plan to sell underperforming, overseas assets (http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/990816/tx_waste_m_1.html ):

"The plan's major elements are to:

Dispose of the Company's non-strategic and underperforming assets including: (i) some or all of the Company's international assets; (ii) substantially all of its non-core assets; and (iii) up to 10 percent (in terms of revenue) of the Company's North American solid waste assets."

This may not be the best idea if the slump was due to the Asian recession. But, at least, no sale was announced (just planned) and they can change their mind as they see fit.
