IMN Financial Corp., (OTCCBB: IMNF), which changed its corporate name to AppOnline.com, Inc. earlier this week, announced today it will begin trading with its new stock symbol "APLY" tomorrow, Friday, May 14th.

IMN Financial is the holding company, which through its subsidiaries provides financial services such as mortgage brokerage and mortgage banking services. Earlier this week the company closely aligned its business strategy with the Internet and changed its corporate name to AppOnline.com, Inc. to reflect the growing importance of mortgage lending on the Internet.

The internet mortgage origination site, AppOnline.com., became operational in December 1998. Apponline.com has seen tremendous success in its originations since December 1998 to its first quarter in 1999 by yielding over $90 million in new mortgage originations through its Internet site.

Island Mortgage Network plans to continue its growth with its existing nationwide network of branch offices, while developing and investing significant resources in its online business plan. The company is currently licensed to do mortgage business in 34 states and expects to have its pending applications in the remaining 16 states approved by the end of the year.

Island Mortgage Network, Inc. is a 17 year old mortgage banking company and has experienced tremendous growth in the last three years with revenues of $36.4 million in 1998, as compared to revenues of $12.7 million in 1997.
