As the 10Q only goes through June 30, 1999 we don't know if the company dumped shares or not on the up move. The price had been under $0.10 until mid July, before the run.

Knowing that they had already taken out a loan in excess of $400k last quarter. I think that they did indeed issues more shares for cash during the run in order to avoid more debt and used the paid tout to achieve a higher sales price. I could of course be all wet in my assumptions but if we took a straw pole of readers, I'll bet that they would agree with my assumption. (Remember it has happened before and we all know that history has a tendency to repeat itself, repeat itself.) <ggg> ;>)
