Seems Sylver is having some difficulty getting the financials done. I wonder if Breton passed along to him the gambit that RMIL used. When the RMIL financials were habitually late, Morgan and Breton finally confessed that they didn't have the money to get them done and "suggested" that the shareholders pony up some more money for them. Some of them actually fell for it and sent money.....lolololol
