I'm short AMZN for many reasons. The main reason, of course is that it's nothing but a scam & even the brain dead lemmings wii eventually concede that point.
Just a little example of how silly their model is: I golfed with a couple of juniors last week & we talked a little about the web. One of them mentioned that he had been working on his site untlil 6 A.M. I asked him what kind of a site he had & he replied that it was a sport site, mainly hockey & baseball. I asked him if he ever expected to make any money with it & he replied that he was making money right now. He explained that AMZN has a button on his site & every time someone clicks it AMZN pays him 25 cents. After a little prying this kid admitted that all his relatives & friends regularly log on & click the AMZN button on his site. Not only that but he stays after school & clicks on his site numerous times.
How many kids all over N. America are receiving checks from AMZN for useless advertising?
It's so silly that it's almost unbelievable.
