Hello fellow PNLKers,

I just wanted to share an email I received from Glenn regarding an email I sent him about the Press Releases.....I want to say Glenn is on top of things....first, my email and his response...

Dear Glenn,
First, I want to thank you for retaining a PR firm to handle all the upcoming, exciting news events happening with ProNetLink. Meeting you firsthand at the IBE, I know how much energy you have, however you can only do and be in so many places at one time.
I am not sure how much importance you or your new PR firm weigh investor comments, but I do have some comments regarding the last two Releases. The role of a PR firm is to put the best possible ‘slant' on their client. I was slightly disappointed with the wording in the first Press Release:
“While a million hits sounds like a small number compared to some of the huge consumer sites, the management of ProNetLink.com is pleased with this volume coming to a targeted business-to-business site where members have to pay a subscription fee to get access.”

It already puts in the mind of a reader that a million hits is a disappointing figure...and my opinion this is comparing apples and oranges... ProNetLink is different and attracting a different type of market than most “huge consumer sites” so I actually was excited about the exposure...but to the casual or first time potential subscriber or investor to ProNetLink, this could put a damper on their first impression..While I know a lot about the company, there are millions who don't and while ProNetLink is in its infancy stage, it is imperative that a reader is impressed , not dissuaded..

I work for a Fortune 100 company , had my own business, wrote training manuals, gave motivational speeches at conventions and proof-read many a document. I know the power of the pen...

Which brings me to the next subject and on a more serious note. There is no excuse for misspellings, or typographical errors. Especially in the internet age, the hyperlink to a website's access is paramount to instantaneous information. After you capture one's attention, you have a small window of opportunity to grab their attention by providing the hyperlink to the website. This last Press Release with the error in the hyperlink is inexcusable.

I know there was a correction, but who knows how many people and potential hits on your website you had a missed opportunity of sharing ProNetLink to the World. There should be several eyes proof-reading and editing before press time and the hyperlink to the website should be the first area of concern.
Thank you for your attention and listening to my concerns.
A ProNetLink Investor,

Terri Acey

This is Glenn's response:

Dear Terri,
Thank you for your comments. Let me first say that the only release that the new PR firm has sent so far directly from their offices is the one about the UN event. It takes time for a company to learn everything there is about ProNetLink.com so we have been helping get the news out. Your point on the Million hits is noted and could have been worded differently but the point is still made. As far as typos...please understand that every press release has to be re-entered by the news wire service. They made the typo and posted a correction. These things happen even to Fortune 100 companies. I would have been more impressed with our shareholders if just one person had written to me about the content of the release versus the amount that I received about the typo.
The PR firm is aggressively working on generating news coverage from the media and will start writing releases as soon as they feel that they have the PNL concepts down as well as we do. Regardless of comments from the “peanut gallery” about the level of performance from the firm...we are the only ones who know what it is they are working on and I am very impressed. Time will show that I am correct.
Thanks for your continued support.
Glenn Zagoren
Chairman
ProNetLink.com

...Glenn does make a point about how some investors try to get their points across. He is happy with the new PR firm and I am happy PNL has become proactive in that regard...The reason I am sharing this with you all is because there were many voices of concern about the hyperlink and I wanted Glenn to be aware that we as a group of long term investors also take a proactive stand in giving feedback whether it is related to the webtool or in Press Releases...
