Shadow, forgive me BUT as shareholders, we are entitled to find out the number of outstanding shares and the float. If the transfer agent refuses, take down the name of the person who answers you and make them fax you a statement stating that they refuse to give you shareholder information. Then, we shall do some damage control.... The transfer agent usually ask you to give them a name and a number (they check if you really are a shareholder) and can then call you back BUT the information should be available to ANY shareholder!! CK.
