Those who had good Information new the Ericy situation to be a scam. Even if it wasnt it was priced into the stock. That's the same thing that the present Gemstar stockholders will say if Gemstar wins it's lawsuits. Frank and I don't go into a company anymore until it is a sure thing. We have both been burnt on "good information" on companies that have not crossed the chasm yet. We find it is much easier and safer to get rich when the potential problems are out of the way. Just a difference in thinking, MM. With the way Q is going now, we can all sit back and enjoy the ride. I have been trying to explain to friends who don't understand Q that "it's the earnings, stupid!" On to 200!
