DLGC sold off by a third when they stated they would not meet earnings (31 cents consensus estimate), but that sales would be up significantly.

A couple factors that may be impacting them are their big splash at the CT Expo in LA (three booths, the Howard Bubb Show, travel expenses and display setup costs), and the product transition to DM3. With regard to the new product, they've been paying for development and engineering, but don't have revenues yet.

Since the CT Expo was also a factor last year, you might evaluate its impact by looking at the corresponding quarterly statement from last year.
