SL, I have $46. 60 NAV today, using 19.061M sh of ICGE owned by SFE [prospectus p. 79]. The difference in our numbers is due to the numbers we are using for SFEs ownership of ICGE. Could you let me know where you are getting ICGE sh. owned by SFE from so I can adjust the NAV I'm getting if need be. Thanks, Mike
