MediaX Signs Affiliate Deals with MP3.com, Artrock.com and Dealz

Deals Add Content and Additional Revenue Streams to Company's
Amuznet.com Entertainment Site
CULVER CITY, Calif., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- MediaX Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: MXMX - news), the award-winning developer of new media content for entertainment companies and interactive satellite channels, has signed affiliate deals with MP3.com (Nasdaq: MPPP - news), Artrock.com and DealzDirect.com. The deals give amuZnet.com, MediaX's entertainment and e-commerce website, an opportunity to leverage its rapidly increasing site traffic into additional
revenue streams. AmuZnet.com offers over 265,000 CDs, daily updated news, reviews and exclusive artist promotions.
MediaX will create and market an MP3 page on amuZnet.com providing users access to files, MP3.com's daily Top 10 list and the ability to link to the web site for purchasing CD's or downloading files. MP3.com is one of the fastest growing music sites on the Internet offering over 100,000 songs by 19,000 artists. MediaX receives a revenue share from all sales derived through MP3.com.
Further, MediaX will market Artrock.com's classic music posters, T-shirts and other memorabilia. Artrock.com holds over 1 million classic music posters in stock with artists ranging from the Beatles,
the Rolling Stones, the Grateful Dead, Led Zeppelin and others. The agreement between the two companies pays MediaX for linking its amuZnet.com website to Artrock.com so that users may purchase these products. The company is also discussing a potential distribution deal slated for later in the year.
In addition, DealzDirect.com will add a fashion/entertainment element through amuZnet.com offering select hip-hop fashions from Tommy Hilfiger, South Pole, Wu-Tang and soon, FUBU, rounding out amuZnet.com's product offering and revenue stream.
Earlier, deals signed with J-Bird Records (OTC Bulletin Board: JBRD - news) Custom Disk and Liquid Audio (Nasdaq: LQID - news) provided amuZnet.com customers with the capability of digital downloads and custom disk compilation. The exclusive agreement with J-Bird Records offers approximately 5,000 songs for digital download.

MediaX plans to have the product offerings of these new affiliates in place on amuZnet.com by the end of August.
