Narath seems to be letting the stock drop without making any efforts to stop the fall:
1.First, the Co. is allowed to get delisted from NASDAQ because no one is disclosing any information about the turnaround and getting interest in the Co.
2.With the best operating quarter results in a long time, the PR release stresses the goodwill writeoff, which is just part of the acquisition costs, giving the press release a definite negative bias. Was this done on purpose?
3.There has been no conference call and no news about the future. No Financial PR at all!
4.The resignation of Calvin seems untimely, what is the background of the new person?

With the stock below cash value and shareholders discouraged, what a great time to swoop in and take the company private at a low price before anyone figures out that the company is actually doing great! All of the other shareholders would get screwed while Narath, Dingus, Maas, collect the gold.
