Hi Clint,

There are no restrictions according to my broker. I can short as soon as a stocks starts trading on an exchange. It is an involved process for the firm to short without showing their hand to the MM's though. My brokers was explaining to me, but I wasn't really paying too much attention at the time.

I am still in the RHAT short. My first target at 63 was met this morning. I have a order in to close the short at 58. I expect the market to range trade with a downward bias till the Fed meeting. As you said, there are no clear leaders to take the market higher right now.

I won't be posting much this week. I need to deal with some pressing issues at work.

Harry
