True, but share dilution is a concern with any new acquisition since they don't have any cash to spend. The only "exit strategy" Doug and this company have is a "sale to the public" via NASDAQ. Hence the build-up of assets (waterpark, restaurants)to hit the minimum required by the exchange. Otherwise Doug would be a happy camper with his armed services contracts. But Doug wants more than just to eke a living out of his baby.
