No, I don't have you figured out. You say you are long and think the stock will go to 1/16, do you intend on losing money on purpose? You can set up an off-shore account easily. That is the huge danger of investing in BB's. Groups like Investright accumulate quietly, start planting seeds, then hype like crazy. They sell thier cheap shares at 2 to 5 times profit and short into the buying, usually with the assistance of management. Folger made that mistake once and if he is serious about the companies future he won't make it again.
