Ynot This is what I see with EELN. 1. Mortgage Broker, not yet approved to do business in all states. 2. Mortgage broker only make money when originating loan. No recurring income. 3. Interest rate is up 4. Refinance market is death. (80% of business is from refinance) 5. Purchase market will slow down by begining of september 6. Heavily competitive market 7. Only do perfect loan 8. No FHA/VA loan 9. Countrywide & Norwest have their own web page 10. I don't see any light in sight
