Jack, though I think you should cool it on the f*** words here, I do agree that these mergers are bad news for the stock prices between companies in which one or both is reporting a substantially missed qtr's earnings. Take it from a USRX shareholder who is a "long-term investor" (at 17 points up from where USRX is today). I wouldn't touch either CSCC or ASND for the next 3-6 months, unless there is a substantial sell-off before then. Ascend is looking better price-wise today, but it can always go down more, and it will, IMO. DK
