I totally disagree on this one. A great way to make a petty FDA bureaucrat stick a file on the bottom of the stack is to have political pressure applied on them. These reviewers are not going to budge on a "me too" application of this sort, because congressman so and so is calling. More likely to just piss them off. This isn't some unique thing that is going to save thousands of lives, where there is no other recourse. People can get HIV tests now.

CMTR should see a decent revenue boost from the Colocare product launch and the HPChek launch and milestone payment. Their burn rate is not that high. Also, it would not be the worst thing in the world for them to do a secondary stock offering or a creative funding, as their potential is looking better now than it ever has. Just prepping for an offering could bring a lot of attention to this company and help drive the price up even before an offering is completed. I am more concerned that if they try to run this company on too much of a shoestring budget that they will not properly advertise and market their products thus denying us of growth. Further dilution IMHO is nothing to be dismayed about as long as the funds raised are put to the proper usage, building market share for these products.
