Spinning off the Internet units is an interesting option. PCCG would like to have more liquidity and they also have an important incentive program tied to share price. I believe the loss is really attributed to the investment in the on-line businesses with the new venture just starting up it obviously required up front investment. There has been some sector weakness in PC components which, as stated in the press release, created weakness and contributed to the quarterly loss but hopefully that piece is behind us too. Once the auto site becomes profitable there will be two businesses to highlite and an option would be to IPO them as a package with shares going to PCCG shareholders. The shareholder piece is key since the small float of PCCG along with an allocation of IPO shares could cause it to skyrocket. This will be mentioned to PCCG next time we speak with them.
