Ok lets get back to basics, everyone is comparing this company to CMGI, so lets just do that.

CMGI / ICGE
Price/Book 11.33 / 26.16
Price/Sales 54 / 468
Market Cap 8 B / 5.2B

ICGE has over 124 million shares of which only less than 5% in the float, can you imagine when the other 95% get released. If we compare P/E and P/S ICGE is atleast overvalued by a factor of 2X. Assuming we give it the same crediantials as CMGI.
