The guy is over 70. He'll probably be dead before the bubble bursts. It won't be his problem. Besides, there's a 90% chance he'll announce his retirement at the 24th meeting. He'll be able to leave at the peak of the bubble, then the next poor sucker who comes in will take the fall when it collapses.. ---------- The severe depression that will ensue when the bubble bursts will hardly tarnish his image.
