MSGI S-4 filed with SEC 8/13/99: For those out there that haven't been informed by the Rah rahs or by MSGI - MSGI Filed a S-4 on 8/13/99 with the SEC. The S-4 details the "merger" or buying of Grizzard. Its got a lot of grizzly details. So a warning to all before you start to read the gory details, it is not a pretty sight for MSGI shareholders. Sorry for this repost from the Yahoo board but this could be the reason why the stock did not move much recently while the techs staged a remarkable come back rally. I always had the weired feeling that something smells here and so I went short.... Well, as I said the next earnings announcement and conference call will indeed be very interesting....
