Mike, Yea, acq. are pretty tough sometimes, but I think you are blowing it way out of proportion, and anyone who knows there stuff saw the s-4 when it hit... And noone went running. If we can grow the rev's where they need to, I think we will be right where we need to be... wheres our CPA. I would truely love to hear his comments on the acq. the S4 filing, and wired empire. Also, Mike you make it sound like MSGI is trying to hide something... as if. Rob
