I think everyone here (myself included) is a little miffed with the lack of news coming out of JDX and the recent price performance. However as I said recently, only Jan.-Feb. and Sept.-Oct. are the big promotion months for stocks. If they would have released the news mid-summer we would have got a nice blip but nothing like the run if it was timed right.

I asked about the $30,000/month since I also thought the number should be higher. I was informed that businesses making presentations to JDX have been going to their New York office (Mr. Staudt) which drops JDX's cost (few travel expenses). The other possibility is that the deal has already been done for a while and they have been working out the details and networking this whole time, waiting for the right time to release the news (just a wild guess).

I'm not sure if I would call JDX a dog just yet. The stock price the last 5 months has sure been in the dog catagory but the fundamentals have not changed. At some point the insiders have to unload all those shares...I highly doubt they will do it at a loss. I guess the next two months will tell the tale.

Time to get someone on board who can put a deal together before y3k.

In Mr. Staudt's defense, he started in mid-Jan. and did get JDX the Medsite.com deal which should pull them in a pile of cash. However if he can't close a deal soon I am fully in favour of hiring another team who can get the job done NOW. They have already said they are going into a high gross margin technology company. There are hundreds of those out there...just pick one and make us some money.

Best Regards
KEITH
