That does explain why he might be converting now instead of later. However it still does not explain to me why the new company will need to own 50% before taking it private. Also- 30 million shares? Have we traded anywhere near 30million shares in big blocks? Anyway, it doesnt matter. I'm just gonna wait it out. If they shaft us (which is likely) we can always find a way to get back at them later. Eric
