It's also encouraging that no other insiders (that is, top management people) are using this opportunity to dump a large block of their own shares on the market, as often happens with these sorts of secondaries. Testifies, I think, to their faith that the stock price will be much higher in the future, or they would scramble to cash out now with the secondary camoflague. It will expand Sandisk's cash position to around $400 million, a nice chunk of change, around $13/share or so, depending on the exact price that it gets off at. I'm guessing it goes between 80 and 85.
