Jack, the networking world is changing so rapidly and all the technology right now is rudimentary,and little players are all over. No one can take over the networking world,there is not a consensus as to what the future will be. All the technology right now is switching,routers and thse might not be necessary in the future. All these technologies are advancements in copper based systems,and incorporate large amounts of advanced technology and processing power. Also if LU merges with anyone it will probably be BAY. Tim
