Greg,

I can understand everyone's concern in this matter but I believe you guys are blowing it way out of proportion. When Sun exersizes their warrants it will appear as a one time charge - A NON CASH charge.

Ancor will get the $7/share added to their already strong (as of Thursday) balance sheet. People that matter (institutions, analysts and other smart money) are going to look at the numbers without that charge, they will be looking at the growth in sales and the future of the industry and Ancor. P/S and rising book value, rising sales.
I can also assure you that any "smart" money knows how important that deal is knows why it was structured that way.

As a non-cash charge it will not be a tax write-off IMO.

I also do not believe Sun is going to clobber Ancor with this every quarter. It will most likely occur in one lump 5-6 quarters from now.

At any rate, you can worry about this insidious problem more when we are $67/share ;-)

Steve
