Market Magnets 8.18.99 geocities.com notes Dow signaled today. New tline is noted. If it is tested and holds my view for the coming 2-3 months will have to be adjusted. If it is not tested the adjustment may come too late. Nas, SP, Nas 100 and Russel all look to signal tomorrow or Thursday. I suspect we will see a bit of consolidation after they signal as the indexes will need to reset their short term technicals at that time. ht david
