Have I mentioned that I was at Dizzy Gillespie's house once, and all the furniture, which was very rococo and expensive, I'm sure, was covered in heavy, transparent plastic? and that Dizzy's wife, Lorrraine, hid the vacuum cleaner while I was there because when Dizzy got home, if it was out he'd start playing with it, annoyingly?
