We are all entitled to our opinions and I agree with some of your points. On the bright side...on June 12th, when JDX was at .75 you were calling for a .50 stock due to the summer doldrums so it has held up a little better than you expected.

They sure don't believe in putting out any shareholder
communications at all..........would be a nice change from the same old bs I get from Jordy.

I completely agree that JDX needs more communication with their shareholders. They need to keep the information stream flowing and not keep us in the dark. I am personally sick of hearing "we are looking for a deal and will announce it as soon as the deal closes". Of course they could be keep us in the dark on purpose while friendly hands accumulate more shares??? I know that Jim from JDX follows the posts on this thread so hopefully he can get the point that some shareholders are getting disheartened and act on it. Jim did mentioned that they were planning a release as soon as the Medsite.com SEC forms were filed.

Perhaps Kaiser will put us on his next bottom fishing report again.(and again, and again...)

Your right...Kaiser has been a fan of JDX for a couple of years and has put it in the yearly bottom fishing report a couple of times. You can be sure that JDX will lead the monthly bottom fishing report this Sept. since the Medsite.com deal and that Kaiser has made JDX is top pick for the year. Kaiser still has the ability to move a stock but not even close to the pull he had a couple of years ago.

I don't know if they would be allowed to sit on a deal for any length of time. Aren't they obligated to release significant changes in the company's affairs in a timely manner?

They only have to release details if the deal has been signed and closed...then it becomes a material change and they must release the details. However if they are just crossing t's and dotting i's than they don't have to tell shareholders anything. I don't have an insider track if the deal has been done but 9 month is more than enough time to get a deal together. This is not the first deal Mr. Staudt has put together so I am sure he is not incompetent.

Sorry to sound so negative, but I hardly see anything positive with this company.

I would consider the cash, insider/friendly hands holdings, and the Medsite.com deal positive?

Best Regards
KEITH
