NEW YORK, Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Net Perceptions(R), Inc. (NASDAQ:NETP),
the leading supplier of real-time personalization solutions, today announced
the availability of its Net Perceptions for Ad Targeting product on the
SunSolaris(TM) platform, adding multi-platform support to the product line and
offering web publishers the ability to improve results and ROI for their
customers' online ad campaigns.
Net Perceptions for Ad Targeting, which is based on technology from
Neural, Inc., has proven its ability to increase clickthrough, handle large ad
traffic throughput, and quantify its results via a random sampling of non-
targeted ad placements. Current customers of the product include
Bloomberg.com, BusinessWeek Online, Playboy Online, Internet Broadcast
Systems, The LA Times and Minneapolis Star & Tribune.
The product is producing significantly higher clickthrough rates at
