As long as opinions, hunches, astrological forecasts, premonitions, reading the tea leaves, pure speculation, gossip, rumor..and many other such things are, identified as such, then everything is above-board and assessable for what is is worth. It's when these things are passed off as facts with the intent to deceive, that we get into the proposed type II classification. That is, potentially harmful to traders/investors.
