Asian Star Files Form 10-SB Amendment To Comply With OTC Bulletin Board Eligibility Rule

Hong Kong - Asian Star Development, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, (NASD OTC BB: ASTV), announced today that, in order to comply with the OTC Bulletin Board Eligibility Rule, and remain trading on the Bulletin Board, the Company filed its Amendment to Form 10-SB on August 13, 1999.

The Company filed its Form 10-SB on May 11, 1999, a Comment Letter was sent by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 14, 1999, and the Company filed its response on August 13, 1999.

Mr. Stephen Chow, President of Asian Star, stated, “Our Accountant completed our update Financial Statement to June 30, 1999. All other necessary responses to the Comment Letter were made. The Amendment to our Form 10-SB were filed on August 13, 1999. We will exercise our best effort to obtain the compliance with the new rule at an earliest date.”
