Are there any competitors on the horizon?>> A few months ago on this thread GG was asked for his opinion of SANs and Fiber Channel. He is not smitten with them and does not consider them to be ascendant technologies. I believe the closest competitor to Brocade is Ancor (ANCR), whom SUNW selected two months ago as their supplier of SAN switches. The Brocade thread on SI is rarely active, but the Ancor thread might be another forum for your questions. Greg
