I just received financials for GHE. There is a proposed second consolidation of shares giving a total ratio of 25 old shares for 1 new share. New name and promise of reinstating of trading. There is also a note of paying a debt by issuing 3M shares at 0.25 per share in post-consolidated shares, nice knock off for those, who still hold the bag. I guess the bottom goes for infinity here, unless one already wrote off the whole thing.
