Tim, you have a little more breathing space than the other poster who asked me about August puts. I don't know the answer. You might consider calling your broker and telling him you'd like to exercise. I sold covered January puts on the issue on a good percentage of my short, so I want to know the answer myself. Though it seems remote that the issue will be halted for another 5 months.
