Pete - I think they may be some hope on HDN - There have been a number of Nrs lately - this one is a confirmation of two of them. Still paying for Pezim but Mr. Tarrant appears to be taking us in the right direction.

The company has now closed its recently announced private placement of
580,000 units to raise proceeds of $87,000. The shares, warrants and any shares
issued upon exercise of the warrants are subject to a hold period and may not be
traded in British Columbia until June 16, 2000, except as permitted by the
Securities Act and the rules made thereunder and the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
The company has now closed its recently announced private placement of
1,333,333 units to raise proceeds of $200,000. The shares, warrants and any
shares issued upon exercise of the warrants are subject to a hold period and may
not be traded in British Columbia until June 29, 2000, except as permitted by the
Securities Act and the rules made thereunder and the VSE.
The proceeds of the private placements will be used to provide additional working
capital.
Debt settlement
The company has now closed its shares for debt by the issuance of 630,166
shares of the company at the deemed price of 15 cents per share to settle
outstanding debt of $94,525, and the issue of 27,375 shares at a deemed issue
price of 20 cents per share to settle outstanding debt of $5,475. A total of
630,166 of those shares are subject to a hold period and may not be traded in
British Columbia until June 18, 2000, except as permitted by the Securities Act
and the rules made thereunder and the VSE.
