Spoke with Jonathan yesterday. Asked him about the 300 million lawsuit. He says he has no idea how much of it is collectable. Only time will tell. The 100 million financing is still expected to be completed within the original time frame. By October 1st. The 10 K's for both companies??? I asked if the CFO was still alive. He said yes. I asked why? He chuckled. He said there was a meeting Monday this week and the CFO (I think) was told that audit must be completed. (We've been hearing that for quite a while.) He told me that the financing was NOT related to the completion of the 10 k's. Jeff
