I have never ventured a forecast, but here goes:

The I-nut crash will begin on March 1, 2000.

Reason: tax sales, overvaluation, inflation fears, rising interest
rates, lack of demonstrable future earnings streams, etc. A
disappointment in the inut sector a few weeks prior will not faze the
sector, but it will seem to tread water on light volume.

Note that in the case of most crashes, the "reasons" are generated
after the fact.
