Thank you - I've been waiting for someone to state the obvious about someone who has been wrong at every turn in this protracted soap opera. While both WCOM and LU have been sullied by their actions and responses remember that it is WCOM that writes the PO's and that others in the same position are watching LU's fecklessness in support and public relations.
