Let's take this usat mess a step further, shall we.
Link to fcm press release in which usat orders 1000 breeze systems. To quote fcm; "Our first order for the Breeze was placed by USATalks today for 1,000 systems.'"

On June 18, 1999 only 12 days prior to usat closing out their quarter, fcm reported that usat had ordered 1000 breeze systems. I would like to know how usat was able to effect this order with a balance of cash on hand of $246,746, plus the amount of money they then owed to equipment suppiers etc. It gets even better as the ceo of fcm in a shareholders message made on July 21, 1999 a little over one month after his press release about usat placing the order for 1000 breeze systems DOES NOT EVEN MENTION USAT'S 1000 BREEZE ORDER.

1) Why did Magruder leave fcm to go to work for usat ??????
2) What will those 75 employees claimed in fcm's profile be doing now ???
3) What was peter buswell's referring to in his web statement on May 29, when he had just recently challenged his colleagues at Lucent, Nortel, Cisco and any other competitor to point to an installation the size and scope of that which we have built to date for our customer. This statement was made about two weeks after the Magruder lawsuit was filed in which fcm claims they received a letter from usat halting that contract and payments. Futhermore he stated; I would share that this network is planned to expand significantly, on a monthly basis, well into the next century. We all know he was referring to usat, as the beginning of his satement mentions how fcm's customer must resolve the challenges facing them.
What I would like to know is how these statements are put forth especially the one about the significant expansion of this network. franklin / fnet had just filed suit against a former employee and in that "FILED COURT DOCUMENT" fcm / fnet claims usat had suspended shipments and payments. Yet two weeks later a claim about this same network is made that the network is expanding significantly ????? |
