I agree with your undervalued sentiment. On the surface this looks to be the biggest deal for BLLS yet. NCP certainly sends out the most monthly statements. Some of the work that NCP does is strictly business to business transactions. This is were Billserve's epublishing will come in handy. The paper statements are produced and distributed on a monthly basis but no payment transaction is required for these statements - now they will have the option of sending these statements electronically through BLLS via epublishing

I found this information about NCP at their website ncprint.com NCP is the largest full-service automated document processing company serving the financial services industry with annual revenues of nearly $70 million and over 650 employees in three locations. The Company serves 26 of the top 70 mortgage companies in the United States.

I am a little disappointed with the reaction to the NEWS by the market. Is everyone just sitting back to wait for the listing or has everyone gone on vacation.
