Amazing! What about percentage of GDP? Why GDP fell like a rock?
What about failed "detante" policies of European Sociaists encouraging
(not discouraging) Soviets...

Amazing revision of history, understandable but amusing nevertheless..
As for Gorbachev, he still does not understand what happened, except that he was a beneficiary of the unforseen events..(nice bank account and travel/speaking itinerary) <VBG>
